I put my heart, experience and enthusiasm into every project, with a sincere desire to create unique journeys and see you return with stars in your eyes. This is also why I chose to personally accompany group trips. I love sharing every stage, seeing travellers' reactions and experiencing their emotions alongside them. The idea grew through discoveries, encounters and journeys, with a desire to offer a more personal, attentive and sincere approach to tourism.
Inspired by Homer's Odyssey and the journey of Odysseus, the agency draws its identity from this quest for meaning, discovery and a return to what matters. Every project is imagined as a modern odyssey, filled with exploration, freedom and emotion.

Do you live in Perpignan, Saleilles, Cabestany, Canet-en-Roussillon or elsewhere in the Pyrénées-Orientales? A phone call lets us arrange a time and discuss your plans before you travel to the agency. The agency has one visitor address: Perpignan.
Monday to Thursday: 9h–12h30 and 14h–18h. Friday: 9h–12h30. Other times and home appointments may be considered on request.

Your quote clearly sets out what is included, what remains to be budgeted for and the applicable conditions before any booking.
For Polynesia, Caroline Plu holds the Spécialiste Tahiti et ses Îles certification awarded by Tahiti Tourisme. For every other destination, possibilities and services are considered according to your project; an inspiration does not necessarily mean a departure is already on sale.

Can I plan a trip without coming to the agency?
Yes. Your first conversation with Caroline can take place by phone or email. An agency appointment then lets you compare proposals if you wish. Home appointments may be considered on request.
What is the difference between tailor-made travel and an escorted trip?
Tailor-made travel is built around your dates, budget and pace. An escorted trip follows a group programme and dates, with conditions specific to each departure.
Do all trips depart from Perpignan?
The agency is based in Perpignan. Departure points, airport transfers and flights depend on each programme. For tailor-made travel, these options are explored with you; no direct connection is assumed.
How do I request a travel quote?

What professional guarantees does the agency offer?

Can I join a group trip as a solo traveller?
You can ask to join a published departure, subject to availability and conditions. Room arrangements and any single-room charges must be confirmed with Caroline.
Do you organise honeymoons and family holidays?
Yes, these projects can be considered within our tailor-made travel service. Stops, accommodation and pace are chosen according to the travellers, dates and budget.
Can you arrange business or school travel?
Odyssée Corporate considers these projects with the organiser. Objectives, audience, group size, transport, accommodation and responsibilities must be defined before services are confirmed.
Can the agency check flights and entry requirements?
As part of your travel arrangements, we review connections, luggage and documents to check. Conditions depend on your itinerary and circumstances; the agency does not guarantee any visa or administrative approval.
Do the agency's guarantees replace my travel insurance?
No. Registration, the financial guarantee and professional liability insurance relate to the agency's operating framework. Personal travel insurance has its own conditions, cover and exclusions, set out in its policy documents.
