Travel as a group from Perpignan.

Your journey begins with clear arrangements: a meeting point, travel to the airport where included, and contacts for every stage.

The group meeting point

The exact location, time and luggage instructions are provided in your departure documents. A group departure does not necessarily mean a flight from Perpignan Airport.

The journey to the airport

The Bolivia, Cambodia, South Korea, Copenhagen and Japan programmes include transfers between Perpignan and Barcelona. For Svalbard, the journey is to Montpellier. Flights and connections then follow the programme.

Local accompanying support

The tour leader liaises with the group within the programme; local guides and other contributors have their own roles. The identity of the person accompanying you and assistance arrangements are confirmed for your departure.

Services to check

The available Polynesia programme starts at Paris CDG: ask about connecting travel options. For a departure whose programme is not yet downloadable, clarify transport, hotels, meals, group size and conditions before booking.

The Odyssée spirit

The pleasure of sharing, with room for individuality.

Culture, nature, adventure or gastronomy: each expedition is designed around a shared theme and a fresh itinerary.

Your feedback matters

Your feedback helps us improve the experience and future expeditions.

The agency generally offers groups of 12 to 25 people. Each departure's programme takes precedence: some expeditions have a different group size.

A shared human adventure

Are you travelling solo, or is your group already formed?

An individual traveller can ask to join a published departure, subject to availability and conditions. An association or group of friends can also explore a private programme with Caroline: dates, group size, budget, accompanying staff and room arrangements are planned together.

Your questions before you leave.

Where do Odyssée group trips go?

Published upcoming departures let you compare Bolivia, Cambodia, South Korea, Copenhagen, Brazil, Berlin, Japan, Polynesia and Svalbard. Dates, available programmes and conditions appear on each trip page; places must be confirmed with Caroline.

What does “departing from Perpignan” mean?

Where specified in the programme, the group travels together from Perpignan to its departure airport. This does not mean a direct flight from Perpignan Airport. Meeting points, times and included transport are those stated in the programme and travel documents.

Are airport transfers included?

The Bolivia, Cambodia, South Korea, Copenhagen and Japan programmes include transfers between Perpignan and Barcelona. The Svalbard programme includes a coach to Montpellier. For Polynesia, the document starts at Paris CDG: travel from Perpignan remains to be arranged. For other departures, request written confirmation of the services included.

Does Caroline accompany every group?

Caroline describes personally accompanying group trips as one aspect of her work. Available programmes mention a tour leader without always naming them. Ask who will accompany your departure and what role the local guides will play; this page does not guarantee the presence of any named person.

Can I join an escorted trip on my own?

Yes, you can ask to join a published departure. Availability, single-room or room-sharing options and any supplements are checked before booking. A request to share a room does not guarantee that another traveller will be available.

How many travellers are in a group?

Group sizes depend on the programme: 15 to 21 for Bolivia, 15 to 25 for Cambodia, and 20 to 25 for South Korea, Copenhagen and Japan. Polynesia is priced on a basis of 10 to 18 travellers; Svalbard on a basis of 10 cabins and a maximum of 20 people in the Odyssée group, separate from the ship's capacity. These pricing bases do not indicate current bookings.

How old are the participants, and what pace should I expect?

There is no standard age range announced for all groups. Choose according to sightseeing days, travel, free time and your interests. Discuss walking requirements and trip conditions with Caroline; no particular adjustments should be assumed.

Are flights, hotels and meals included?

Read the “included” and “not included” sections of the relevant programme. They specify flights, luggage, accommodation, meals and activities. A meal at your own expense or an optional excursion does not become included simply because the trip is escorted.

Is the displayed price final?

The displayed amount is the price in the available programme, where a price has been published. It must be read alongside its participant basis, supplements, options and conditions. Caroline confirms the quote, availability and applicable conditions before you commit.

When is the departure confirmed?

Publication of a programme does not mean that a departure is guaranteed or fully booked. Ask Caroline about its current status, minimum group size, confirmation deadlines and applicable conditions. The site does not show live availability.

Is travel insurance included?

This depends on the programme. Some documents distinguish included assistance and repatriation cover from optional comprehensive insurance. Check the policy wording, exclusions and limits. The APST guarantee and the agency's liability insurance do not replace your personal travel insurance.

Which documents should I prepare?

Documents depend on your nationality, itinerary and transit points. Discuss passport validity and any authorisations with the agency in advance. Send the documents needed for your booking through the channel indicated by Caroline, without including sensitive information in an initial enquiry.

How can I enquire and book?

Call 06 86 83 57 21 or email caroline@odysseevoyages.fr with the trip, number of travellers and your questions. Caroline will explain availability, the programme and booking arrangements. Sending an email does not constitute a confirmed booking.

Can we create a departure for an association or friends?

An established group can discuss a private programme with Caroline. Dates, group size, budget, rooms and accompanying services are defined together. Corporate and school projects also have dedicated pages.
