We work on the coherence of the stay: the space to find, the place left to everyone, the conditions of accommodation and the travel. Animation, practice and discovery times must be realistic and clearly announced.
You share the spirit of the project, the expectations of the participants and your planned contribution: exchanges, workshops, practice or content creation. Your role and possible remuneration are defined by agreement.
We study services, coordinate reservations and specify the travel contractual conditions. Travellers have an interlocutor for registrations and payments with the agency.

The organization and sale of travel is under a regulated professional framework. The role of a person who encourages a community must be distinguished from that of the operator who organizes or sells the stay. Each assembly is specified according to the real benefits and responsibilities.

Let’s start with the topic, the period, the number of participants and the place of the teaching in the stay. We then study the location, necessary spaces, accommodation and transportation, with a program and conditions to validate before registration.
An estimate is useful to work on accommodation, transport and the balance of the project. The minimum staff, capacity and confirmation conditions will be determined in the proposal.
This can be studied depending on the location, available spaces and the program. Your identity, qualifications, language of intervention and responsibilities must be specified; no service is included by default.
Under the proposed arrangement, travel registrations, contracts and payments for travel services go through Odyssée Voyages. Any hosting or content creation services and their remuneration are defined in a separate agreement.
